Target Audience Founded in 2005, Zabidz.com is a Lead Generating Marketplace (LGM) for home services. Basically, we are an online auction site for home services only and not merchandise. The banner ad positions for sale are located at the top of new customer lead results pages viewed by business owners. Zabidz.com’ marketing strategy is to target start-up service businesses that need start-up equipment and operating supplies. Start-up businesses represent nearly 75% of our new members. The existing businesses that become members are looking for extra customers to grow their businesses, which will require more equipment. Most business members are sole-proprietors or have very few employees and work within a 30 mile radius of the nation’s largest metropolitan cities. The large majority of business members that access and utilize the Zabidz service are the decision makers for buying new equipment and operating supplies. This is a very niche and concentrated market segment that is very valuable. Location and Size Of Banner Advertisement Banner advertisements are leader board size (728 pixels wide x 90 pixels tall). As the image below shows, the banner advertisement is located at the very top of the screen in a prime viewing location above the search results. 
Available Advertising Positions Zabidz is selling 40 banners to be displayed in over four dozen service category search results pages. The service category pages available are as follows:
Advertising Duration, Pricing and Payment Zabidz has priced these banner advertisements at only $100 per month. The contract duration for these advertising positions is 12 months. Total banner advertising investment is $1,200 for the year. Zabidz accept payment via company check or Paypal. File Format And Size Banner advertisement formats include Jpeg or Gif formats. The Gif files can be animated. The maximum size of the advertisment is 728 pixels wide by 90 pixels tall, leader board size. Smaller advertisements are acceptable but no larger than leader board size. Te maximum file size is 50 kilobytes. Email Advertisement Included Free After a new business member has registered as a Zabidz.com member, we send them a welcome message via email. As a gesture of appreciation to our advertising partners, we include links to our advertising partner’s web sites in our welcome email for free. This is a very important email, getting your web site’s address in front of a start-up or growing business’ owner directly. We also send from time-to-time emails to users, and will include your web site address in those as well. Advertising Contract Below is our simple straightforward banner advertising contract. BANNER ADVERTISING CONTRACT Zabidz, LLC has sold a leader board style ( 728 pixel wide x 90 pixel tall ) banner advertisement position in the lead search engine category: Service Category You Select for the term of 12 months ( 365 days ) for $1,200 to: Your Company Name starting on: Start Date . There are no warranties, guarantees or refunds. This contract is also governed by the Terms and Conditions located on the Zabidz.com web site and hereby included in this contact by its reference.
